Emotional pain
Emotional pain can be debilitating & draining, we can experience emotional pain for a wealth of reasons including heartbreak, loss & trauma. Most of us will experience some form of emotional pain in our lives and it is important to try and resolve this pain to prevent it taking control of your life.
