Testimonials from past clients

  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"I had a very messy break up with my partner, it appeared to come from nowhere and I was left thinking it was all my fault, that I was somehow flawed and I couldn’t find the resolve from him to what I did wrong. I’d cry every morning on my way to work, and just about hold it together during the day, before crying myself to sleep at night. I thought this would be over, and couldn’t understand why months and months later I was still stuck in this awful state. I was so annoyed with myself too as thought I should just snap out of it. I found Karen and started to use therapy to release the blocks, and cried through a few sessions, but each time the tightness in my chest and throat lessened as I let out the emotions and began to accept the break up and be able to move forward, by exploring my part in it, how my overthinking had added layers upon layers of more negative emotions and nothing factual to the situation. After a course of therapy with Karen I felt stronger, clearer and able to move on with my life. Sometimes we all get stuck and need a little help."

"Karen helped our family through a very difficult time. Karen is very knowledgeable about her subject and without her I don’t know where we would be. Her style and manner is very professional and we felt very comfortable with the therapy provided and with Karen herself. Very approachable. This is the first time we have had to use a service like this and 100% recommend Karen. If there would ever be a need again I wouldn’t hesitate in using Karen." - PaulaJ

"After having years of anxiety and panic attacks relieved by ‘Tools’ gained from a previous therapist I noticed that they started not to work for me. I started to feel out of control to the extent that I wondered if I would ever feel normal again.

I found and contacted Karen, she immediately made me feel at ease and I was then able to discuss all my issues and worries ‘past and future’. She is the very emphatic, easy to talk to and not judgmental in any way. Karen used the Emotional Freedom Therapy and Brain Recursive Therapy to help me deal with my emotional issues. I cannot thank her enough for what she has done for me and teaching me the Technique which enables me to use it in the future should I need it.

She deserves more than a 5* review!!" - Khill
